Making Wedding Cakes
Making wedding cakes is easy when you take it step by step. With a little help from cake decorating books and fellow cake decorators online. You can do it!
Hello Everyone,My name is Lorelie and I am one of those Do It Yourself people. Making wedding cakes is something that I started doing after a friend asked me to make hers in 1984. If you want to see the whole story you can see it here on my bio page. If you are into DIY or just want to learn how to make wedding cakes, then you have come to the right place. You don't need a degree or a fancy school to learn. Although a mentor of some kind does help. Working in a bakery as an assistant cake decorator is how I learned from others with more experience. I would highly recommend this if you are passionate about baking and or making wedding cakes. We didn't have a computer back when I started and video websites were not in existence yet. You Tube and other video sites have become a great learning center for everything including cake decorating and baking. By the way I am still learning from others as they learn from me. That's the beauty of of the internet. Free information abounds! Here is a link to my Channel.
