Philippine StyleThe idea for this cake to the right came straight out of the Celebrate Book from 1984. The inspiration came from a Wilton book, but I adapted it to suit the bride and groom. The cake style is influenced by the Philippine method of cake decorating, which is very flamboyant with tall pillars and toppers almost as tall as the cake. It may be dated but it is a classic design that could fit into your wedding cake theme. As a decorator the Wilton way of cake decorating was how I started my career.
