Hi. I'm very very new to trying to bake cake from scratch. My cake gets sticky on top when cooling. I understand now that it happens because my home is too humid. Is there something else that I can do besides purchasing a dehumidifier?

Hi Zia, Is the stickiness really a problem? I find when that happens to me the cakes are still fine. I put the sticky side down on the cake board and continue as usual. It can actually add a little moisture to the cakes.
