Hi, I'm making a cake in hot weather. The venue would have AC but I am still worried that my buttercream will melt. I really don't want to use shortening, but if there are any other tips, that would be great!
Answer: My best tip is to keep the cakes as cold as possible ( dry ice) in a box if necessary. Then set it up and try not to worry. Hope all went well. I know this is coming way late.
