italian buttercream under fondant

I am going to try your recipe this week! I'm so glad I found your page! Will I need to keep the iced cake refrigerated because of the egg whites? If so, after I place the fondant over it how do I chill it so that the finished cake doesn't sweat?

Hi. Thank you :-) The buttercream will be fine out for a few days in a cool spot. The egg whites are cooked by the hot syrup so no worries there.
