Hello, I am trying to make my own wedding cake, I REALLY want strawberry flavored cake, I am not sure what kind of white icing would go good with it, how do you make fondant and can a strawberry cake hold it?

Hi Yes almost any cake will work with fondant as long as it is filled, crumb coated and chilled for firmness. I do not yet have a strawberry flavored cake on the website. There are recipes and video on this website for fondant making. One is a Marshmallow recipe and the other is the traditional way. Use the search function on the left top navigation bar to find it.
